this is a fun project! I used a toilet paper roll as my template. i wrapped  a 2 1/2 inch strip of basic black cardstock around a toilet paper roll and then pulled the cardstock off of it which gave me my cylinder shape. Then I attached the cylinder to a circle I cut out. I then cut a strip of Designer Series paper and added a glittery snowflake. Put a few mints in a cello bag and added a tag. I used Crystal Effects to attach the cylinder to the black circle- Crystal effects is great as an adhesive!
