I got my order today from Phase 2 of the Decor Elements! There is some geat stuff in there- I saw these flowers at convention and knew I wanted them on my car! They were easy to adhere and they look great- it is great to see the smiles on people faces when I drive by!

As you can see Stampin' Up! is making the decor elements in colors now and making them so they layer onto each other. The new line will be available beginning October 1st and there are some great new images!
