Here is another thank-you card. I was just using up some scraps of the designer paper I had and putting them together quickly. I have had the Dotted Scallop Ribbon Border Punch since July but hadn't gotten around to using it. I LOVE it! It is so easy to use and looks great as a border. I will be using this a lot more in the future.
