It's beginning to look a lot like Christmas- even though it's only November!

I had a little time to play a week or so ago and I made this Christmas tree. I love how fast it was to do and I actually completed it in a couple of hours. The garland is strips of our new fabric torn and tied together- then I glued buttons on it for show. The paper ornaments are just two images taped together with a paper clip glued in between the layers- I then added a little bling. The pinwheels are just a 2 inch square cut diagonally and then using dimensionals I taped the corners down. I made the tree skirt by sewing together 4 of the scallop squares- easy! I only sew 3 seams into it- and the 4th is the opening for the trunk.
If you have questions let me know-
I think I will send it off with my daughter after Thanksgiving to give her dorm room a lift :).
