I saw these decorations in a Holiday Magazine! they would be great on a tree- but I wanted something to dangle by my Create sign- these worded perfectly and they look great!

Easy to make- I just took 12 one inch strips of Designer Paper- attached them at the six inch make with a couple of brads and then put sticky strip on the ends of the paper, and then looped them to the middle. Added a paper flower some punches and a matching brad. Voila--
