Stampin' Up!'s Envelope Punch Board Makes a Fun Card/Envelope Combo

Stampin' Up!'s Envelope Punch Board Makes a Fun Card/Envelope Combo

This week I get to meet with one of my stamp clubs~ I cherish this group of ladies! They allow me to share my love of rubberstamping with them every month. I have to stay up to date with new ideas and techniques because most of these ladies have been stamping as long as I have ~ some even longer than I have!

This project is a fun way to use the Envelope Punch Board~ it is a envelope card because the envelope and card are all in one. This project is fairly simple~ which I like because it means I could make a few of them in a fairly short amount of time.

I filmed a video for those of you who are not in my stamp club so you can recreate the project~ I hope you enjoy it!

Here is the inside of the card~ I used Stampin' Up!'s Another Great Year Stamp set~ this was the first stamp set I fell in love with from the Occasions Mini Catalog~ Celebrate the Everyday. Something about that Big Birthday Banner greeting caught my eye and if you look around my website you will see other projects made with this same stamp.

I used a new Designer Series Paper that will be available at the end of the month~ it is part of Stampin' Up!'s Sale-a-bration event starting on January 28th, but you could use any patterned paper.

The measurements for this project:

  • Designer Series Paper is 8 x 8 with the beginning score with the Envelope Punch Board at 3 1/2 inches
  • The Crisp Canteloupe paper is cut 4 1/4 x 5 1/2
  • Whisper White is 4 x 5 1/4

Let me know if you make one or two of these cards~ I'd love to see them!

Enjoy the Day~

Diane
