Measurements: 

• Tempting Turquoise: 8 1/2” x 5 1/2” & 2 3/4” x 4 1/2”
• Lemon Lime Twist: 3” x 4 3/4”
• Whisper White: 2 1/2” x 4 1/4”

Instructions:

1. Stamp strings and outline of balloons in Memento Black.
2. Stamp the inside of the balloons with assorted colors. Don’t worry about overlap. (You can see through balloons in-real-life.
3. Stamp stars on the card base. You really only need to stamp near the edges because you will be covering up the center anyway.
4. Layer balloons, small turquoise and small Lemon Lime Twist cardstock.
5. Tie ribbon around the layers. Stamp on a scrap of Lemon Lime Twist and attach to layers with dimensionals.
6. Layer the focal point on to the card base with dimensionals.
