• Misc.- Basic Black ½” Satin Ribbon (146280), Stitched Shapes Framelits (145372), Big Shot (143263), SNAIL Adhesive (104332)

Measurements: 

• Lovely Lipstick 4 ¼” x 11”
• Whisper White 2” x 3”

Instructions:

1. Crop an oval from white, ink dotted “hooray” in black and stamp across the middle of the oval.
2. Ink solid “hooray” in Lemon Lime Twist and stamp over the black image.
3. Ink “birthday” sentiment in Lovely Lipstick and stamp where shown.
4. Stamp diamond image in Lovely Lipstick repeatedly from the top left corner diagonally as shown.
5. Wrap 8” piece of ribbon from the inside and secure on the front.
6. Add oval with dimensionals.
