Measurements: 

• Whisper Whited: 4 ¼” x 11”, 3” x 4”
• Gorgeous Grape: 4” x 5 ¼”, scrap for 1 ¼” circle
• Mango Melody: 3 ¼” x 4 ¼”, scrap for three 1” circles
• Poppy Parade: scrap for three 1” circles
• Lemon Lime Twist: scrap for two 1” circles
• Poppy Parade ¼” Ribbon: 18 inches                 

Instructions:

1. Score 4 ¼” x 11” card base at 5 ½” on the long edge and fold in half.
2. Adhere 4” x 5 ¼” Gorgeous Grape panel to card front.
3. Use Momento Black ink to stamp the lady’s bottom half and then stamp the upper half making sure that both images are centered horizontally on 3” x 4” Whisper White panel.
4. Stamp striped skirt filler design in Poppy Parade ink.
5. Use a Blender Pen and inks as needed to color in her legs, shoes and shadow below
6. Next, adhere completed panel towards the top of the Gorgeous Grape panel.
7. Using Versamark ink and White Stampin’ Emboss Powder, emboss sentiment onto the 1 ¼” Gorgeous Grape circle using the Heat Tool.
8. Adhere all of the “balloons” (circles) as shown in photo.
9. Wrap a 6” piece of the Poppy Parade ribbon across the bottom edge of card and adhere ends behind the Grape panel.
10. Tie a bow with the remainder of the ribbon and adhere to the center of the ribbon strip from Step 9.
