• Stamp Sets – Soar Confidently (154531)
• Card Stock – Crumb Cake (120953), Basic Black (121045), World of Good Specialty DSP (152491)
• Stamp Pads – Memento Tuxedo Black (132708)
• Misc. – Double Oval Punch (154242), Ornate Layers Dies (152726), Black Stampin’ Dimensionals (150893), Stampin’ Seal (152813), Stampin’ Cut & Emboss Machine (149653)

Measurements: 

• Crumb Cake: 4 ¼” x 11”, scored at 5 ½”; 2” x 4 ½” (3), Scrap for sentiment
• Basic Black: 5 ¼” x 4”;  1” x 4” (3); scrap for sentiment
• World of Good DSP: 5 1/8” x 3 7/8”

Instructions:

1. Stamp the balloon once on each of the 2” x 4 ½” pieces of Crumb Cake. Cut out using the Ornate Borders Dies.&
2. Adhere these to the 3 pieces of Black cardstock.
3. Stamp sentiment on scrap of Crumb Cake and punch out using the Double Oval Punch. Also punch the scalloped oval from a scrap of Basic Black.
4. Assemble card as shown. The three Balloon panels are adhered using Black Stampin’ Dimensionsals, along with the oval piece.  The rest of the card is assembled using Stampin’ Seal.
