Measurements: 

• Lemon Lolly: 4 ¼” x 5 ½”; 10” x 2 ¼ - scored at 5” 
• Basic White:  4 ¾” x 2”; 3” x 2 ½”
• DSP:  Stripe 4” x 5 ¼; Confetti 4 ¾” x 2”

Instructions: 

1. Use the 3” x 2 ½” piece of Basic White to stamp the large balloon with Azure Afternoon Ink, and add greeting with Starry Sky ink. 
2. Crop with the coordinating die.  
3. Use Liquid Glue to attach the large DSP panel to the Lemon Lolly 4 ¼” x 5 ½” panel. 
4. Use Bone Folder to score the 10” x 2 ¼” piece of Lemon Lolly cardstock.  Use Liquid Glue to attach the Lemon Lolly folded panel to the 4 ¼” x 5 ½” panel.  Creating a “card on a card”
5. Attach the small DSP panel to the front of the Lemon Lolly scored panel. 
6. Attach the Basic White panel to the inside of the Lemon Lolly card.   
7. Use dimensionals to attach the die cut balloon.  
8. Tie a bow with the Parakeet Party Baker’s Twine and adhere with a glue dot.  Tuck a length of Parakeet Party Baker’s Twine below the balloon, secure with a Glue Dot.
9. Embellish with three of the Tinsel Gems.
